Is it better to wear a tailored beige suit or a non-tailored black suite to an interview at an invest. bank?
I have an interview this week and i don't have the time or the money to buy a tailored black/dark suit. I have a very nice tailored beige suit but i don't want to make a poor first impression.
I was a retained external recruiter, so let me give you a piece of advice.
Scout the company, find out what other people at the same pay grade in that company wear, and dress one level higher than that.
And if you're in the lobby waiting for your interview, be careful of other "guests" who are waiting there. Often they are plants who are part of the interview process, esp. in larger companies.

For instance, marbles from China are more affordable to you than the marbles from European countries.
Marble tiles also come in very interesting colors. There will be colors like lotus beige, honey onyx, or white Carrera. Further, whichever color you will use depends on your own choice.
