Does a big square nose correlate with allergies?
My allergies have been really bad over the past couple of years, though I've had them all my life. And I swear it seems like my nose is getting bigger and squarer. And it has a crease in the middle. Does anyone know anything about this? I can't really afford allergy shots/ the expensive meds, so I don't know what to do. I'm allergic to everything.
Big square noses do not have anything to do with it. I have allergies and my nose isn't big or square.
There are 2 things I do to fight against my allergies. (I get a horrible stuffed-up head and nose.)
1.) Buy local bee honey and try to eat a teaspoon of it every day. You can put it in oatmeal or on peanut butter sandwiches or just eat it however you like. Bees make it from the pollen that causes the allergies to flare up. Gradually eating some of it every day causes your body to stop reacting to the pollen in the air. I buy mine at the local produce stand.
2.) Take a Benedryl (anti-histamine) or a Mucinex (expectorant) as needed.
